Built tools that reduce manual engineering and operations handoff work across CAD/CAM review and CNC scheduling workflows.
Optimized CAD-to-CNC handoff with an interactive 3D viewer, saving an estimated 2-3 engineering hours per order by replacing legacy GLB annotations with direct DFM feature selection.
Implemented machine capacity and KPI dashboards backed by PostgreSQL workflows for spindle time, runtime, utilization, and available production slots.
